THEE COFFEEを代表するオリジナルブレンドです。
日本の古き良き喫茶店文化を尊敬し、深煎りでもバランスの良い、飲みやすいコーヒーを目指して、エチオピア、インドネシア、ホンジュラスのコーヒー豆をブレンドしました。

また、THEE COFFEEではエスプレッソブレンドとしても使用しています。カフェラテなど、牛乳にも合います。

ガラス瓶は東京都墨田区の大川硝子工業所と相談して選びました。瓶はリサイクルの回収に出すことも、他の用途に再利用することもできます。
わたしたちなりの配慮と取り組みです。

With the launch of our online store, we’d like to reintroduce our coffee beans.

Original Blend “memento”
This is THEE COFFEE’s signature original blend.

Out of respect for Japan’s old kissaten culture, we aimed for a dark roast that still stays balanced and easy to drink — blending beans from Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Honduras.

We also use this as our espresso blend at THEE COFFEE. It pairs well with milk, in drinks like caffè latte.

THEE COFFEE sells its coffee beans in light-blocking glass jars. We chose these jars in consultation with Okawa Glass Industry in Sumida, Tokyo. The jars can be recycled or repurposed for other uses.
